Returns Made Fair & Simple

At Bella & Co., every piece is handpicked and pre-loved — so we take extra care to describe each item clearly. Because our garments are one-of-a-kind and second-hand, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

However, if we’ve made a mistake — like sending the wrong item or missing a major flaw not listed in the description — we’ll gladly make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

All Sales Are Final — With a Few Important Exceptions

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect sizing
Fit or style preference

We encourage you to read item descriptions carefully and refer to our size guide before purchasing. If you’re unsure about sizing or details, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help before checkout.

When Returns Are Accepted

We’ll gladly offer a return or store credit in the following cases:

You received the wrong item
There is a major flaw or damage not disclosed in the listing
The item was significantly misrepresented in size or condition

To be eligible, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. We may request photos to help assess the issue.

How to Request a Return

Email us at [your@email.com] with:

Your order number
The item in question
A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos, if applicable

If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item via Pudo or a preferred courier. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error was on our side.

Processing Your Return

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue your store credit, refund, or replacement within 5 working days.
